Terms & Conditions


Big Frog Mountain Corp. (BFMC) endeavors to keep errors in text and pricing to a minimum on the website. However, the website is not guranteed to be free of error in descriptive text or current pricing. When we become aware of any such error we will endeavor to correct the misprint. We can not assume any liability for typographical errors in descriptions or pricing entered by employees of or suppliers to Big Frog Mountain Corporation. Please notify BFMC of any pricing errors or typographical errors noted on any of our websites. Thank you.


We base our shipping charges on United Parcel Service (UPS) or truck freight active rates at the time of purchase, estimated according to the weight and size of your shipment. NOTE: Products indicating with 'Free' freight are only applicable to UPS or FedEx deliverable addresses in the contiguous 48 States (lower 48). Freight to Hawaii, Alaska or other areas will be quoted to you prior to making any credit card charges.

Online and Phone Credit card purchases Must ship to the verifiable billing addresses Only. (A bank wire transfer, Postal Money Order or Certified Check with funds clearance required for shipments to addresses other than verifiable Credit card Billing addresses.)

Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped the same or next business day after the receipt of your payment. Special orders and custom built packages are shipped pre-paid only.

We will supply you with tracking information for your package once it has shipped. Customers who placed their order with an account may also log in to check their order status.

Batteries, large appliances and other over-sized or heavy items are shipped via truck freight from our warehouses or the manufacturer in some cases due to their weight. Larger items will not ship via UPS and freight charges shown on the website at the time of purchase are Estimates Only. We will notify you for approval of actual freight costs in excess of any estimated freight prior to charging your account or shipping your order.

International Orders
Shipping to an address other than a verifiable credit card billing address (inside USA/Canada) Will require payment via wire transfer, Money Order, or Bank Check prior to shipping. We will accept international orders by phone, or FAX as a prepaid order and payment must clear the bank (via certified Bank check or wire transfer) prior to shipment. Import duties and any other import or local sales or use tax is the responsility of the consignee.

We aim to make your shopping experience with us worry-free, secure, convenient, and fun. Above all else, we want you to be satified with service from us. Most unused and unopened items purchased from us are easily returned within 3 days of receiving the item by contacting our Returns Department. Unwanted items for returns must be unopened, free from damage, in original packaging, must be unused and saleable as in new condition with all original packaging and accessories and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special ordered items, batteries, electronic devices, wire, appliances and custom built items may not be returned and sales are final. All product warranties are thru the respective original equipment manufacturing company and BFMC does not guarantee or warrant any product to be free of defects or fit for any particular purpose. Items with material or workmanship defects are covered only by the original equipment manufacturers warranty and as such are not returnable to BFM for credit. We strive to offer only products from reputable manufacturers and we are willing to assist the purchaser with filing any warranty claims with the product manufacturer.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any item that is damaged due to improper return packaging.
  • Any battery, wire, electronic devices, special ordered, non-stocked items, special ordered items or large appliances.

If you received a damaged or defective item, the damage to item must be reported to the shipper At The Time of Delivery! Once a package or product is received the liability for concealed damage passes to the receiver (consignee). Most shippers require that claims for concealed damage be filed within 3 days for Any consideration for replacement costs or compensation for shipping incurred damages. BFMC will not be the responsible for replacement or reimbursement for the product or damages for items damaged in shipping. BFMC will not be the responsible for replacement or reimbursement for the product or damages for items damaged in shipping and not reported to the shipper within the allowed reporting time allowed. BE SURE TO INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT and promptly report damages to the shipping company and to BFMC.

How to Return Items
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA on them are ineligible for refund and will not be accepted. RMA's must be requested within 3 days of the receipt of shipment.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Contact our Returns Department for an RMA and shipping instructions and return address.
2. Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived.
4. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. In large lettering, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box (not on the shipping label).
5. Have the package available for the freight carrier to pick up.

Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Department are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Returns Department and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. If you are arranging the return shipping make sure to ship insured to cover any return shipping damages. BFMC can not make ANY refunds on equipment returned in damaged condition. You will need to obtain the return address to the correct distribution warehouse from our Customer Service Department.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from BFMC at BigFrogMountain.com and returned with an RMA issued by our Returns Department.

Please do not send us items without an RMA, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and will not accept packages without a valid RMA on the outside. We do not issue refunds for any items returned more than 3 days after delivery, special ordered items, or used items.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs and a mandatory 15% restocking fee from your total refund.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.

  • We attempt to respond to all RMA requests within the next business day, however, it may take up to 7 business days to process an RMA request during high volume sales periods.
  • When you receive your RMA number, you will be provided with return shipping instructions and the return shipping address. Package your return item carefully, and be sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and being sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the package. We will not issue refunds on items that are returned to us withour prior approval (RMA), improperly packaged, un-insured products damaged in transit, or that are returned incomplete. Please note that software may be retuned only if unopened (with its original plastic wrap unopened and intact). Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of the initial shipment to receive a refund.

BFMC does not warrant or guarantee any product we sell to be fit for any particular use or purpose. All appliances, batteries, generators, electronic, electrical and solar components should be serviced, installed and/or wired only by a qualified electrician or NABCEP Certified technician and should be installed to comply with the National Electical Code (NEC) and any local safety codes. All policies in effect at the time an order is placed apply, regardless of subsequent policy changes. Use of the sites and services offered by BFMC constitutes implied agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
